Emerging Securities Group (ESG) was founded in 1996 to assist small and medium sized companies access to capital using the relationships and proprietary tools and financial mechanisms the founders acquired from prior experience with their own companies and client companies.
Over the past 25 years dozens of client companies have accessed capital in a broad spectrum of industries in North America, South America and the EU. Several have completed Initial Public Offerings, others private placements, seed capital, bridge financing and debt structures. As markets develop, ESG has forged additional relationships and participated in the securitized digital asset arena.
