Emerging Therapeutics Association of Australia

In October 2021, industry leaders from 15 of the leading organisations working in the Australian medical cannabis industry met to discuss forming a new association, the Emerging Therapeutics Association of Australia (ETAA). There was broad agreement that systemic improvements were needed to enhance safe access for patients within the current legislative framework, while also supporting a well-functioning medical cannabis industry in Australia as it grows. To deliver these improvements, ETAA aims to provide a constructive and unified voice to government direct from industry.
