Sinds 2005 leveren wij volgens een vernieuwend concept thuiszorg in momenteel zes studentensteden, waarin wij streven naar persoonlijke, praktische en betrouwbare zorg. De behoefte van de cliënt staat hierin centraal.
Het bijzondere aan onze organisatie is dat de organisatie klantgericht zorg levert, een platte structuur heeft en volledig door MBO, HBO en WO studenten gerund wordt. Wij zijn een thuiszorg organisatie die zich richt op de nieuwe generatie zorgverleners en zorgvragers.
Elke student wordt met onze interne opleiding, de Academile, opgeleid tot een veelzijdige wijkverpleeghulp. Hierdoor ontwikkelt iedere student zich tot een wijkverpleeghulp die zowel begeleiding, persoonlijke verzorging en hulp in het huishouden kan bieden.
