The Emily Harris Foundation supports the neonatal unit at King's Mill Hospital in Nottinghamshire. We offer practical support to families who find themselves with a baby on the unit by giving a Welcome Pack with some essentials, offering bus vouchers for free travel, meal vouchers and much more. We pay for a counselling service on the unit to give additional psychological support to parents who are struggling. We also fund staff training where this is not funded by the NHS. Our aim is to make life a little easier for families that find themselves in this stressful situation and will do this in any way we deem appropriate.
