Emirates Link Nitco (ELNITCO) was the first internationally reputed, locally based company selected and contracted by Abu Dhabi Municipality in 2002, to execute a five-year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract for their Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Pumping Stations, and Sewers Network in the eastern region.
