Emirates Link Nitco (ELNITCO) was the first internationally reputed, locally based company selected and contracted by Abu Dhabi Municipality in 2002, to execute a five-year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract for their Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Pumping Stations, and Sewers Network in the eastern region. Owned by Ittihad International Investment LLC, ELNITCO has since evolved into a multi-disciplinary organization, equipped to manage the construction, operation, maintenance, and management of utilities infrastructure networks and facilities. This includes wastewater, stormwater, and sewage collection, treatment, and recycling plants, as well as water desalination and treatment plants, power, water, and communication distribution networks, and irrigation systems and landscaping projects.
