Emisons Limited is a local private limited construction company registered in 1995 and incorporated in 1999. The objective of Emisons Ltd is to demystify construction contracts and provide clients with an easier, unique tailor made construction process that benefits and gives them true value for money. Clients get great control of the process, and flexibility of their final product and eventually achieve this as cost effectively as possible. We literally walk through the process with the client with personalised solutions. Clients negotiate materials, and benefit directly from all discounts and negotiated materials costs. We set out Works programmes, Schedules, targets, and Cashflows and closely monitor these to complete projects on time and on budget. Our services include, but are not limited to; 1. Supervision contracts During our growth we have successfully tendered, negotiated and completed medium sized projects under Full contract, Sub-contract, Labor Contract and Supervision contracts. We have an updated Construction materials cost Data Bank with accurate up to date information, material specification, and material market prices. This enables us build the capacity to effectively consult and advice our clients and designers to achieve quality and cost expectations.
