Founded in 2007, Emistar Capital is a marketer of equity funds or funds of funds in the development of energy projects and provides strategic advisory investment opportunities that focuses in joint ventures, mergers, private equity placement, as well as the takeover of interests in energy companies with preferably a focus on decarbonization in the United States, Europe and Latin America. To date, Emistar has completed transactions and partnership agreements in excess of $26 bn. Emistar Capital also works with developers in providing a special assistance on the disposal and/or management of hotel and mixed-use greenfield developments, as well as portfolios or single asset, and the structuring of sale and lease back transactions in Europe, particularly in the hospitality and senior living sector. Finally, Emistar Capital provides Private and Public Equity services (M&A, LBO, tender offers,...) while the firm hold specific advisory mandates from PE sources in Europe and the Middle-east to acquire a controlling interest.
