EmiStraits is a story linked to my life’s journey ; it embodies a rich narrative that bridges the diverse landscapes of my life. The term “Emi” is inspired by the Emirates, a federation of seven emirates on the eastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula. This region is a harmonious blend of ancient traditions and cutting-edge technology, where cosmopolitan life meets deeply rooted customs, and prosperity flourishes amid stark contrasts. It mirrors a microcosm of diverse nationalities and ethnic groups coexisting and uplifting one another. In a parallel journey of diversity, growth, and prosperity, we find Singapore, situated at the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula. This vibrant city-state, often symbolized by a small red dot, is the largest port in Southeast Asia and one of the world’s busiest hubs. Its strategic location along the Straits of Malacca has driven its rise to economic prominence, connecting the Indian Ocean to the South China Sea and fostering a bustling center of trade and innovation.
