emmanation TM was founded by Emma Jane Taylor, born in 1972. As a child she was told she was a failure, the girl going nowhere. She had a juvenile delinquent badge slapped on her at 13 by a psychiatrist. Her difficult childhood led her to everything she is passionate about today, from performing arts to fitness to campaigning against child abuse! Dance and Fitness was hugely impactful in helping her heal from childhood trauma, and together with many years of therapy enabled her to exist in a life that she was often told she would not survive, or if she did, would most likley end up in prison...thankfully neither.
Well-being formulated her future activities in her professional and personal life. She practises what she preaches, every day - because she’s truly understood what it feels like to consistently feel well; mentally, emotionally and physically.
