I’m an ADHD coach on a mission to support late-diagnosed women in embracing their strengths and finding confidence in who they truly are.
For most of my life, I felt like I was stuck in a loop of too much—too emotional, too impulsive, too intense…or somehow not enough. Growing up with undiagnosed ADHD wasn’t just hard; it was lonely. Like so many women, I internalised the idea that there was something wrong with me, tried to “fix” myself, and lost sight of who I really was in the process.
At 45, I finally got my ADHD diagnosis, and everything changed. It was like the missing puzzle piece I didn’t know I needed. Suddenly, my struggles made sense!
That moment marked the beginning of a new chapter…one where I stopped blaming myself for the way my brain works. I learned how to work with it instead of against it. Letting go of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the constant self-doubt that had weighed me down for years wasn’t easy, but it was absolutely worth it.
Now, I’m passionate about helping other women reclaim their lives in the same way.
As an ICF-accredited coach with over 25 years of experience in mindset and behavioral change (and a lifetime of lived ADHD experience), I work with women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burnt out. Together, we challenge limiting beliefs, create self-compassionate strategies, and build lives that feel authentic and sustainable-on your terms.
