About Emmett's

Emmett's was opened by native Chicagoan Emmett Burke in fall of 2013. A pizza lover in every sense, Emmett has re-envisioned what Chicago style pizza is. Using only the highest end ingredients available and applying artisanal pizza making practices, we are as much a Soho and Greenwich Village local's hangout as we are a pizza institution. Following the success of the original, Emmett opened sister restaurant Emmett's on Grove in fall 2021. Located on charming Grove Street in the West Village, we're a full service 75-seat restaurant specializing in pizza and classic Italian-American fare with a full and fun bar scene.
