EMO - European Mortar Industry Organisation

The European Mortar Industry Organisation (EMO) was established in 1991 on the initiative of European mortar manufacturers. Today it has members from 13 European countries, which are European associations and manufacturers of mortars, plaster & renders, adhesives, screeds and thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). EMO's aim was and is the representation of its members' common views towards European institutions in a coordinated and positive way. EMO maintains good working relations with the European Commission & Parliament, CEN, EOTA and other institutions. EMO has liaisons with a number of CEN Technical Committees and thus contributes actively to drafting European standards.
