Emotions Embraced, LLC provides executive leadership coaching services that help our clients develop a balance between their emotional health and wellbeing and their pursuit of career growth. Our clients learn strategies to better understand their emotions by embracing them, learning from them, and using them to their advantage. By strategically combining emotional health coaching with executive leadership coaching, we believe our clients develop a deeper awareness of their emotional connection to external motivators. This higher level of insight provides individuals with the skills necessary to navigate through obstacles with ease. This is what makes Emotions Embraced, LLC so effective in helping clients overcome perceived barriers and experience growth within their relationships, careers, and overall life. We also provide Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360) assessments as part of our coaching package. The EQ-i 2.0 assessment provides insight into one's ability to perceive, understand, manage and use their emotions.
