EMP Distribution & Service Inc., a spare parts supplier for industrial applications, was founded in Montreal, Canada in 2008 by a group of partners who saw an opportunity for a company that would supply industrial spare parts and critical components for various industrial processes. From its humble beginnings, EMP grew to broaden its line of industrial products by designing and manufacturing its own brand of OEM industrial components. As a preferred resource for plastic extrusion manufacturers, EMP has extended its expertise to the electrical, mining, energy, medical, packaging, construction and aerospace industries. Today, EMP efficiently provides its customers with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing and hydraulic components such as pumps, basket filters, heat exchangers, jackscrews, handles, control panels and custom machined parts.
