About Us: EMPACT REACH LBG is a non-profit organization founded in 2025, committed to advancing sustainable development at the intersection of people, planet, and shared prosperity. We are passionate about supporting disadvantaged communities across Ghana, including women, youth, persons with disabilities, and underserved men, helping them rise above multidimensional poverty. Our goal is to provide individuals with the tools, opportunities, and encouragement they need to shape brighter futures, no matter their background. Why We Exist: Unequivocally, we believe true sustainability hinges on the interconnectedness of people, the planet, and equitable prosperity. Our work in Ghana, with a special focus on Ketu South Municipality and the Volta Region, actively addresses challenges like extreme poverty, inequality, and environmental degradation. Vitally, we emphasize One Health, as a holistic approach and key to the overall health and well-being of humans, animals and the environment. By encouraging responsible care for dogs and other animals, we help boost community safety, prevent the spread of diseases, and protect our delicate ecosystem, contributing to more resilient communities. We develop collaborative solutions that safeguard us, create new economic opportunities, improve access to quality education and empower marginalized groups, all at the grassroots level. How We Work: We champion true sustainable impact through community-rooted empowerment, fostering systemic and behavioral change aligned with the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs). Our Impact: We aim to reach and empower over 2.1 million people in our priority regions by 2030 through inclusive, community-driven development, fostering dignified, meaningful, and scalable change in collaboration with communities we serve and aligned partner organizations (NGO/INGO).
