Empathic Way

I base my work mainly on non-formal education and Nonviolent Communication - a concept developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg. Nonviolent Communication is a way of communication helping to get in a real contact with other person by finding solutions meeting the needs of both sides. It allows you to improve your relationships by changing the language you use, by empathy and honest self-expression. My offer is for those who appreciate high quality contact with people, understanding themselves and others and acting in accordance with their values. I know from experience that changing the language that we use every day, greatly affects our relationships and quality of life. I invite you to explore with me the feelings and needs and to look for strategies that help to fulfill those needs. It is important to know that one need can be met in a thousand different ways. The content of my trainings and workshops is adapted to each target group. I have experience in working with NGOs, companies, students, youth workers and adults interested in developing their knowledge and skills in interpersonal communication. Training courses and individual sessions can be conducted both in Polish and English.
