VISION Our vision is to transform how life crises and transitions are addressed in the workplace. By dismantling the social stigma that comes with mental health and vulnerability and fostering stronger connections between leaders and employees, we aim to create safe spaces for employees to bring their whole selves to work—including the broken pieces.
