Founded in 2019, we are new to the market; however, we bring 30 + years of professional experience in business, mental health, and healthcare combined. We offer first-in-class consulting and leadership development. In addition, we help organizations and leaders to create psychologically healthy environments where employees and leaders can grow together and thrive. How are we different? We have a unique way of reimagining how we approach "mind health" matters in the workplace and life in general—changing the conversations to change lives. We are also looking at both mind and body and how each affects the other to create more meaningful and productive environments in work and life. We work with individuals and thought leaders in all spaces, businesses, charities, and growth-minded organizations that want to change their teams' culture or personal lives through personal and professional growth and development. Our coaching and consulting packages are customized to each individual or organization, meeting you where you are and taking you to where you want to go in life or business to impact results and creatin long-lasting change. We teach modern leadership and development skills to help you or your organization achieve their most significant potential, with a mind health perspective in mind. We also offer therapeutic support for those needing expanded mental health services. We offer services virtually or in person if you'd like.
