Our portfolio consists of pristine and luxurious high-rise residential properties located in lucrative neighborhoods of the Lower Mainland. We currently provide concierge services to the owners/residents of over 3000 units. Our operating procedures are based on the individual requirements of each of the properties in our portfolio and have been developed in partnership with Strata Councils, based on the property’s rules and bylaws. We also take pride in pioneering unique and customized concierge services for new property developments.
Our staff are fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese languages for the owners/residents communication convenience. They are well-trained to:
- Provide superb customer service to the satisfaction of owners, residents and their visitors
- Oversee the buildings complex daily operations
- Organize and facilitate contractor’s work, daily trades, maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Assist to the Property Manager or the owners/residents for the emergencies that may occur
