Empire Papers (Pty) Ltd. started trading in chemicals over the last four years. Prior to this it has been involved in Waste Paper supplies to the paper industry etc. The company’s core business became supplying commodity chemicals to the Pulp, Paper and Corrugating Industry and other industrial sectors such as Food, Animal Feed etc. Empire has Six Divisions namely: 1. Chemicals organic/Inorganic 2. Plastics extrusion 3. Dyes and Pigments 4. Cement (Brought in December under the brand name HELIN) only one transaction 5. Export Division (Iron ore newly formed) 6. Generators under the banner Empire Solutions Empire Papers is becoming a fast growing Chemical supplier and is growing at tremendous strides in other divisions and being recognised by the industry players as a competitive opposition. Empire Papers has also ventured into the Cement industry whereby it has brought in the first load of Cement successfully and many more to come. With the recent power shedding of Eskom in the country Empire sold over 800 Generators of varied sizes in the open market and established a division called Empire solutions. Recently Empire engaged with a mine in Postmasburg, Northern Cape, South Africa. This mine has over 7Milion tons a month capacity and reserves of over 5.5 BNMT. The mine has started moving all its product through Empire and we have become one of the independent mines ot supply such volume. Our start had been to loo at supplies of 20,000MT per month and grow from there. Empire has been in the market for a long period of time dedicated to providing the Customer to solutions locally as well as Internationally with service behind the scenes ensuring the customer is Happy and content
