In 2021, the company changed the name to Play Synergy and entered the video gaming slot machine market and has successfully designed, developed, and delivered several gaming device hardware cabinets and releasing some of the top performing high denomination game titles. In 2023, Play Synergy purchased all intellectual property of Aruze Gaming America, apart from Electronic Table Games (ETGs). Additionally, Play Synergy acquired overseas operations of Aruze Gaming Australia, South Africa, and Asia. Play Synergy has now rebranded and will continue providing products under the Aruze brand as Empire Technological Group, dba Aruze Gaming Global. The combination of both companies’ teams, platforms, and other resources will ensure that they have the ability to develop and deliver superior content well into the future.
