We are an Adult training and consulting company that uses psychological science to promote well-being and effectiveness in society, organizations and individuals. Our team of consultants has experience in promoting positive changes in different contexts. Our training in Psychology, with an extensive intervention practice, which combines this knowledge with other areas of expertise, allows us to create effective solutions in various situations. Empoderar is currently involved in European Union funded projects, successfully creating synergies between Psychology and knowledge from other areas like, Education, Management, Engineering, Sociology, Employability, and Environment. The team has also implemented behaviour research and behavioural and attitude changes. As a training company, our team's members also has expertise in training management, creation and implementation, using both offline and e-training methods.
