Empower Community

The media and advertising industry is full of brilliant women, yet finding the right space to connect, thrive, and feel at home isn’t always easy. That’s why Louise Watson (Propeller Group) and Karen Stacey (DCM & WACL) have come together to create a community that brings people together, helping women find their home in the industry. With the launch of Empower at Cannes Lions last year, we saw the incredible power of women supporting women. Now, we’re building on that momentum—bringing existing communities together and creating new spaces where everyone can find a group that resonates with them. Whether someone is just starting out or is a seasoned leader, this is a place to connect, champion one another, and make meaningful change.
