Empower Education is a Tunisian educational program founded in June 2014 that aims to transform the way students perceive education, and to provide these young people with opportunities to develop their entrepreneurial and leadership skills to prepare them for a successful professional career.
Empower Education is a long term solution to youth unemployment in Tunisia. Having carefully studied the situation of education in Tunisia, E2 complements and reinforces the skills young Tunisians learn in school in order to prepare them well for entering the job market. Instead of trying to find a job for young people who lack many skills, it ensures these youth acquires all the skills they will need in the future from an early age.

Leadership: We empower young people and unleash their leadership potential by making them aware of their ability to initiate projects, and create change around them.
Professional skills: We smoothen the students’ transition into the professional world by equipping them with basic skills that will increase their chances of access to more opportunities.
Critical Thinking: We help the students see that education is an activity that goes beyond the classroom and that a big part of their professional and personal success relies on their ability to learn on their own.
Networking: We aim to create a network of young passionate change makers across the country who would support each other and work together to improve the situation in their communities.
