Empower Foundation

Our charity is dedicated to preserving and protecting the health and wellbeing of some of the most vulnerable members of our community—those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or living as rough sleepers. Through Basic Life Support (BLS) First Aid training, we empower individuals to act confidently in medical emergencies, offering them the tools to save lives when every second counts. But we don’t stop there. Recognising that mental health is just as important as physical wellbeing, we also provide essential Mental Health training. This initiative aims to promote moral welfare and support mental resilience, helping individuals regain a sense of self-worth and moral improvement in challenging circumstances. By giving people the skills to protect both their physical and mental health, we are fostering a sense of empowerment and hope, ensuring that everyone, no matter their circumstances, can make a difference when it matters most.
