The Empowered by Alice brand was originally founded to assist ambitious individuals unlock their full potential and lead a fulfilled and empowered life. It all began with Retreat a Little, a well-being retreats business created by Alice, who spent over 20 years working in large healthcare organisations around the world, gaining a deep understanding of people's needs.
Whilst working with individuals, Alice noticed that many had lost touch with their authentic selves due to societal pressures and personal responsibilities, resulting in self-doubt and impostor syndrome. To address this, Alice developed the Empowered Living Framework, a mentorship program designed to help individuals rediscover their true selves and live life to the fullest.
Through her work with individuals, Alice also noticed a gap in the market for business owners looking for innovative ways to maintain a healthy company culture, attract and retain talent, and avoid burnout. The global pandemic and the great resignation wave have only heightened the need for businesses to prioritise their people and provide more aligned workplaces.
