The Empowered by Alice brand was originally founded to assist ambitious individuals unlock their full potential and lead a fulfilled and empowered life. It all began with Retreat a Little, a well-being retreats business created by Alice, who spent over 20 years working in large healthcare organisations around the world, gaining a deep understanding of people's needs. Whilst working with individuals, Alice noticed that many had lost touch with their authentic selves due to societal pressures and personal responsibilities, resulting in self-doubt and impostor syndrome. To address this, Alice developed the Empowered Living Framework, a mentorship program designed to help individuals rediscover their true selves and live life to the fullest. Through her work with individuals, Alice also noticed a gap in the market for business owners looking for innovative ways to maintain a healthy company culture, attract and retain talent, and avoid burnout.
