Our Mission and Training Program We offer a 250-hour technical training course designed to equip trainees with the skills and confidence needed for effective service rig operations. Our program emphasizes time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Crafted with a focus on real-world application, our course ensures a seamless transition to live worksites, meeting the rigorous demands of the oil and gas sector. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive training environment on a fully functioning service rig site. Holistic Support System Beyond training, EKWA extends its support through post-employment mentorship and liaison services, helping trainees navigate their new roles within the industry.
