I’m a CSP and HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
I have extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, having worked in both an NHS and private setting.
From my experience I have learnt that a holistic approach to healthcare is required, particularly when symptoms are chronic. To address not only the bio-mechanical causes for pain, but also the emotional and lifestyle factors that can contribute to it. I am passionate about working in this model and know that helping somebody understand their symptoms is empowering for them and be the first step to change.
When treating people I like to use a combination of exercise therapy, manual therapy and education. I am qualified in Mat and Reformer Pilates and can utilise this in my rehabilitation plans where appropriate.
