The Empowered Block

The Empowered Block® is a Black and Latina woman owned community development consulting firm. We offer advising services on affordable housing and economic development initiatives, community engagement, and program evaluation. We also provide coaching for students and emerging professionals in community development. We serve clients in government, non-profit, and for-profit industries. We stand for equitable community development, inclusive engagement, and support the professional development of diverse professionals in community development. We are a certified MBE and MBE firm.
