Empowering Ability Journey offers a range of support services to individuals living with a disability. Our professional teams strive to empower individuals and foster independence through our services and resources. Our vision is to see you reach your full potentials and achieve your goals. Our founders, Kawala and Nhi, are experienced Registered Nurses who have dedicated a combined total of over 10 years working in hospitals. Throughout their time working in hospitals, they have witnessed the challenges faced by patients when trying to find a suitable NDIS Provider to assist them with nursing care at home after discharge. They were deeply concerned by the negative impact on patients' well-being and quality of life, as many were forced to remain in the hospital longer than necessary. Motivated by their observations and driven by their shared vision, Kawala and Nhi recognized the urgent need for a dedicated NDIS Provider that could provide comprehensive and personalized nursing care to NDIS participants. They envisioned a service that would leverage their expertise, skills, and nursing knowledge to provide support to participants within the comfort of their own homes. With a deep understanding of the complex needs of patients transitioning from hospital to home, Kawala and Nhi founded Empowering Ability Journey. They set out to create a compassionate and inclusive environment that empowers participants, fosters independence, and enriches quality of life for every participant in their lifelong journey.
