About Empower Ageing

Empower Ageing is a registered charity recognised as an Institute of Public Character. Founded in 2016, Empower Ageing aims to make aging well possible for every senior by ending senior isolation through reversing frailty and bridging the digital divide, one senior at a time. We run evidence-based exercise programs to improve seniors' upper body strength, lower body strength, and cardiovascular health. Additionally, we equip seniors with digital tools and training to help them overcome isolation and loneliness, ensuring they remain active and productive as they age.
