Why do we doubt ourselves so often? Why do we tend to expect the worst instead of the best? And why do many people lose faith in themselves so quickly? The truth is: The worst limits in life are the ones we set for OURSELVES. Let me explain it this way: People who are happy and fully in their element have learned to control their emotions. While people who are plagued by self-doubt are controlled BY their emotions. You recognize deep-seated self-doubt through your INNER SABOTEURS. Disguised as a little voice in your head telling you, "You can't do this, you'll never make it." These inner saboteurs keep you stepping out of your element and continuing to doubt yourself instead of taking bold and decisive action. In other words, they keep you from living your true nature. My job as your coach is to find out together with you where your inner saboteurs are hidden and to erase the deep-seated self-doubts in you. My goal is not to change you, but to help you to get to know yourself even better AND to discover when you are in YOUR ELEMENT. Imagine YOUR ELEMENT like your personal power zone. Like your sweet spot. In your sweet spot you develop a deep and unshakable faith in yourself. You recognize opportunities instead of obstacles. You act decisively and realize your desires and dreams in life. You become a person who can give a lot to others without losing yourself. Simply because you know who you are and what is inside you. For a life without limits. For a life that you live with all your heart. For a life in which you simply BELIEVE. In YOURSELF. Together we will find your sweet spot. Until then - live without limits.
