Have you ever gone to a great conference, watched a life changing documentary or attended a fantastic training? Did you think to yourself “wow, so much good stuff – I will revisit my notes and start implementing some serious change!” – only for that motivation and excitement to fizzle out by the end of the week?
The issue with all big changes is that for them to become a part of your life they need to become a habit. They need to be daily muscle memory just like brushing your teeth. A change takes 17 days to take hold and a habit takes approximately 60 days to form. That is why Empowermotion is a 70-80 day programme. We’ll make sure the key habits stay with you long after you have completed the training.
The Empowermotion curriculum is built on 15 years of stage-, sports- and corporate performance experience. It was always intended to be easy to understand and implement, effective in its outcome. Everyone you meet, whether it be a coach or a specialist speaker is someone with real life experience from similar challenges to yours. Real people working in real organisations with plenty of work and career experiences. Or in other words: no tools that we do not actively use ourselves.
We knew that our programme would be effective from day one. What we could never have imagined is that our alumni describe the curriculum as life changing. Our participants find the journey genuinely enjoyable. Most of the programme graduates continue operating as a high performance peer group after we conclude our final session.
