Empower provides site-based housing and in-home and community supports, as well as job training and day programs, for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; integrated preschool special education programming for children with developmental disabilities and delays, as well as typically developing children; audiology, podiatry, dental and wheelchair clinics that serve the broader community. In 2017, Empower for Elders was launched, which provides meaningful daytime activities and care for older adults and respite for their caregivers.
