What shapes our work?
We are driven by the disquieting statistics where youth constitutes over 70 percent of the total unemployment in the Kenya.
Our programs are guided by the following objectives;
-Promoting seasoned career development programs among youth in Kenya and beyond.
-Building the capacity of youth through entrepreneurship training, support group formation and employability skills.
-Partnership with like-minded organizations, institutions and the government agencies to link the youth and other disadvantaged members of the society to employment, investment opportunities and placements.
-Promotion of utilization of ICT to solve social challenges and bring positive impact in the society.
