Empowering and evolving fluorosis affected communities (EmpꓥVolve ) is a community builder and contributor to life and humanity, committed to making a lasting impact in Fluorosis Affected Communities (FACs). We are a grassroots non-profit organization championing for zero fluorosis in our communities with the hope of empowering and impacting on fluorosis affected humans socio-economically with skills, knowledge, fluorosis prevention & management incentives and self-esteem. The non-profit is a nexus platform that brings the whole community of stakeholders onto the same page of defeating fluorosis and encourage interdisciplinary working. EmpꓥVolve aims to lobby for the implementation of sustainable public health infrastructure solutions that will enable universal safe and good quality water provision towards achieving universal health coverage. EmpꓥVolve works with the most vulnerable populations in the communities, who are affected by fluorosis, targeting all the areas within Nakuru County and other fluorosis affected regions in Kenya.EmpꓥVolve’s long-term goals and aspirations are to train, capacity build and mobilize funding for bold WASH and public health infrastructural investments nationally. At EmpꓥVolve, we are driven and motivated towards achieving improved fluorosis affected communities’ water borehole projects with water treatment systems, in the whole of Kenya in the next 5 – 10 years, among other projects.
