The family company has extensive and diverse experience in the real estate industry with over 20 years of combined experience including owning and operating single family rental units, residential renovations, certified home inspections, and high-end new construction. Not only do we have a hand in construction but also expertise in real estate deal assessment and brokerage services. Both Eric and Hannah Messer have a real estate license in the state of Texas and can answer questions about the retail side of real estate as well.
