We never abandon our clients at project completion, we monitor and evaluate the operational dynamics of existing building and prepare full MEP systems audits identifying inefficient "culprit" systems that drain the Opex budgets. Our solid knowledge in MEP systems enables us to prepare existing Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) which guide clients on how to mitigate their operational expenses.
