EMS Medical Instruments started in 2009 in the Philippines. EMS stands for El Medico Sabio (The Wise Doctor). Co-established by a Filipino husband-and-wife team, the EMS brand has been synonymous with EXCELLENT AFTER SALES SERVICE and GOOD QUALITY YOU CAN AFFORD. "We aim to provide the best possible products and service to our customers because if they're happy and satisfied, they will tell their colleagues, who will, in turn, refer us to their other colleagues, building a network of doctors who would want their own EMS instruments." EMS Medical Instruments were initially manufactured in Egypt. Conversely, in our goal to continually improve our products, we transferred manufacturing to Germany. Since 2018, 90% of EMS instruments are made in Germany, including our bestseller, the EMS Fiber Optic Laryngoscope. "We have a customer-centered business. In EMS, the needs of our customers are our top priority. As soon as our products arrive from manufacturing, we examine and test each of the products. If we find something wrong with it, whether it's with the material, design, or ease of use, we have the manufacturer change and improve it. If a doctor complains or points out certain issues about their instrument, we inform the manufacturer and have them change and improve it. The excellent quality of each of our instruments is the product of every doctor's feedback through the years. EMS is what it is today because of every doctor who trusted us and bought an EMS instrument."
