Every district is unique and we want to be the solution to your unique needs. Our experience in education includes working with districts all over the state of Oregon as well as in other states such as Washington, Texas, Iowa, and other areas. EMS is dedicated to working with our partner schools to find new ways to save money and increase effectiveness in the classroom. Our current primary service is substitute employee management and placement but we are also working in other areas such as background checks, federal Medicaid programs, virtual learning, and more.
