With multidisciplinary skills mainly in the engineering and design the environments, I can manage a preliminary design of a vessel in full and coordinate a work team in developing it, starting from the initial concept to arrive to the final executive phase and considering all stylistic – architectural and technical – systems aspects.
I deal with interior and exterior design, general arrangements, technical and working drawings and technical specifications editing and layout, 3D modeling and rendering, components design, furniture, colours, materials and finishings choice, weights assessment.
During the years I gained experience on shipyard situations, objectives and developments especially elaborating the themes of “on field” production and service, standing in as means between office and shipyard figures and dealing with job planning, commission supervision and control, teams and human resources coordination, tasks management and verification, quality check, works progress and status, suppliers, goods, equipment, timing, quotes, itemized lists, jobs lists management.
I am also able to support and assist the client and his representatives from the first phases of presentation, choice and purchase, going through configuration and customization and keeping him up-to-date about the status of the commission up to delivery and the phases following it. In the same way I can take part to press department, marketing and communication activities regarding advertising, presentation and public distribution and media coverage and of the relationships with them. In addition, having actively participated, both in cooperation and in some cases independently, to sale businesses as well to the most important fair events, I can include and develop in my services also the real sales phase.
