Emtec Property Services deliver construction, refurbishment and ft out projects across many sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial offices and public buildings. We operate as a principal contractor, managing all phases of the project. Since being established in 2006 we have been successfully delivering projects across the central belt of Scotland and North England. Our project teams, support staff and supply chain have the capability and experience to manage the challenges of refurbishment and fit out work. This often includes both internal and external structural alterations, reconfigurations of listed buildings and working in live environments, where planning and logistics are crucial to ensure the safety of not only our own staff, but also our clients staff, members of the public and neighbouring businesses, whilst seeking to minimise the impact of our works on their operations. Construction As part of the Emtec Group we can draw on the vast knowledge from colleagues within mechanical and electrical specialisms in order to offer a full turn key option. Delivering all aspects of the project from initial engagement, technical support, and design through to project completion.
