About DEU EMUM - Center for Fabrication and Application of Electronic Materials

EMUM was established with the aim of producing electronic materials and devices by using the domestic resources of our country with the integration of engineering and basic sciences, playing an active role in the process of bringing the prototypes produced to the industry, and pioneering developments in the field of nanotechnology and surface technologies in Turkey and abroad. Since the day it was founded; it has hosted many projects. EMUM also hosts the Nanoscience and Nanoengineering Department of the Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences of our University. In this way, many graduate students and researchers have developed and continue their academic careers by taking advantage of the center’s facilities.
