Enabling people with disabilities to remove societies, employment and life’s barriers. Disability Charity Provision of Services for people with Disabilities all under one roof, such as; Advice, Support and Advocacy in areas such as: Benefits Applications, (including appeals and tribunals), Employment, benefits and others. Housing (working with Charities already proficient in this area). Help back into employment, Legal Support Services, General Discrimination advice Financial Support Training Counselling Promoting health and well being. Supporting health and well being, for vulnerable people of all ages, to prevent the onset of mental health issues. Enable is a charity-based company, offering bespoke information and support for people with disabilities, whether they are in or trying to access employment. Enable is unique in that it will (long term) be a one stop, all in house solution to client’s needs. Enables holistic approach, not only sign posting towards help (in house) but actually implementing and achieving both a resolution to the issues enabling disabled people to help themselves. Our in house built service recording system will allow for quick and easy access to a RAG reporting system, allowing us not only to produce and share information quickly and easily amongst internal departments through reports, but to allow instant access to information and evidence for financial backers. We currently offer benefits and Employment advice and have a legal support team available on an adhoc basis, allowing us to produce HR advice to employers as to reasonable adjustments and policies that should be in place. Enable believes that this is a vital role needed by our clients, particularly those with Mental Health support needs and disabilities and therefore this will be our primary focus including advice.
