About Enable Lanka Foundation
Who We Are? A network of young professionals and high-achieving millennials with various areas of expertise and backgrounds, united for an inclusive Sri Lanka. Enable Lanka Foundation (ELF) works to dignify and reframe the value of under-served communities in Sri Lanka such as women, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ community, indigenous populations and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) through youth-lead initiatives in Sri Lanka. We see those communities as citizens with equal rights and responsibilities and NOT beneficiaries of charity or social services.
