ENABLE, a division of Fedcap Rehabilitation, assists people with disabilities to find and maintain jobs in the community through a network of support services. Support is tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant and is offered through every phase of the job search.

ENABLE provides employers with qualified personnel at no charge to the employer or employee. We are paid by the State of New Jersey to match people with disabilities with the right jobs. The candidates we present you have been screened to determine the best match. You can be sure we will do our best to provide you with qualified candidates and your company may be eligible for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC).
