We help to identify bottlenecks and introduce a new operating model for software development better suited for innovative digital companies. Lorraine first started in organisational Agile transformation in 2008 with Transport NSW and has managed similar transformations at RedBalloon, Dan Murphy’s, UBank and HSBC. She has published a number of articles in CIO Magazine, ComputerWorld and the Agile Journal. She has presented on the topic at a number of venues including Scrum Australia conference, and the Agile Australia conference.
