Enabling Access is an initiative to bridge the gap that exists for the youth in India to access knowledge regarding career development in the field of Social Impact. Our main aim through this project is to build accessibility to information for progressing in the Social Impact sector through our carefully curated resource booklet which was created on the basis of conducting a baseline study of today’s youth interested to delve into the impact space.
Access to knowledge is a challenge for the youth in India, and this challenge is even greater for marginalised and underrepresented groups who face three times the difficulty in building a career in this field. Thus, our mission is simple; to empower marginalised youth to become changemakers in their communities and bridge the information gap between opportunities in the social impact sector.
Through this initiative our goal is to –
*Facilitate access to information about opportunities in the social impact sector for marginalised youth.
*To empower the vulnerable to become changemakers for their communities.
*Through creating a guide for transitioning to the workspace in the social impact sector.
*By compiling all relevant information on the impact space by bringing in sector experts from all over the world to share their knowledge to increase participation and success of the youth from marginalised communities.
