Product time-to-market for development and batch/mass production; (2) Product ANALYSIS and formulation: 1. Problem definition for the product 2. Documented user stories; 3. Product and technical contradictions defined; 4. MPV (Main Parameters of Value) defined, arranged in value order; 5. 1 chosen design story shown in design sketches; (3) DISCOVERY: Technology and engineering analysis : 1. User cases defined and documented; 2. Technology process flow diagram (if it is applicable) 3. Component vs. structure analysis; 4. Functional technical analysis using TRIZ/TIPS methodology (based on MPVs translated into to technical requirements); 5. Structural / functional diagrams; 6. Technical benchmarking; 7. Top-level BOM analysis; 8. Top-level estimation for entire project development costs; 9.
