Having witnessed both the challenges and strengths of the community firsthand, she is committed to making sure every voice not only gets heard but drives meaningful change. With a background in International Relations, Lielt has worked on policy initiatives focused on sustainability, development, and legislation. This experience has equipped her to navigate complex systems and deliver solutions that reflect the needs of communities like Area 1. As a representative, her priorities include making the neighborhood safer, improving transportation, ensuring local government is accessible and accountable, and expanding access to essential social services. Her goals include addressing traffic along Ventura and Sepulveda, reinforcing public safety efforts, and prioritizing resident-centered approaches. Having worked alongside leaders to bridge critical gaps, Lielt Endashaw is ready to bring that experience home to Sherman Oaks.
